Process for Returns

  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.

  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Replacement items are subject to availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund as per our refund process.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • In such cases, Emma Padbox will cover the return shipping cost.
